Why Mental Health?
Mental health affects 1 in 5 Canadians each year — yet too many people still struggle in silence. By joining this event, you’re supporting real services for real people in our region through both Burden Bearers Counselling and The Den SYC.

This event helps:
-
Fund counselling services for those in need
-
Support youth in the Sundre and area
-
Break stigma and start conversations
-
Build a stronger, more connected community
Together, we can create change — one step at a time.

Not a Runner? No Problem.
You don’t need to lace up to make an impact.
Support the cause by:

-
Volunteering on race day
-
Donating directly to Burden Bearers or The Den SYC
-
Coming out to cheer and share in the fun
Every role matters in this movement for mental wellness.
